Serving suggestions:

Oil:

Blend into your favourite smoothie, yoghurt or shake.
Can be used as a salad dressing either alone or combined with other healthy oils, lemon or Waihi Bush Organic Farm Apple Cider Vinegar.
Simply drizzle over soups, asparagus, corn on the cob or any other vegetables and stir fries
Can be applied directly to the skin as a body moisturizer and to aid hydration.

Flour:

Blend into your favourite smoothie, yoghurt or shake.
Use as a substitute for grain based flour in bread and other baking.
Great for sauces and dough based cooking such as gnocchi or dumplings.
Sprinkle over your favourite breakfast cereal or use as an ingredient in muesli.

Storage:

Our oils will remain fresh and tasty in the fridge for up to 6 weeks. You can place the oil into the freezer when purchased this suspends the shelf life which will kick back in once you take it out to use.

Our flours will remain fresh and tasty in cool store for the duration of the shelf life (this is found on the base of the product). You can place them into the freezer when purchased and decant from frozen, or just freeze which suspends the shelf life which will kick back in once you take it out to use.
