Ingredients:
1 tomato per person thinly sliced in circles
1 red onion per 3 people sliced as tomatoes
Vinaigrette
Handful of fresh basil chopped
waihi bush organics flax seed oil
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar (white or dark)
salt & pepper
How to make:
In a serving bowl layer tomatoes, onions, dressing.
Chill for at least an hour if possible...if not just eat it when ready!
