I have been giving Waihi Flax Seed Oil to my dog for a very long time. It soothes her skin and she hardly ever scratches. Her coat is soft and shiny and she looks so good.

I have used WB flaxseed oil every morning on my muesli for about 10 years now, and it's great mixed with my fresh fruit topping. I cannot assert positively that it helps my joints, but I'm sure the benefits are multiple. My injured knee, with a long term ACL repair and other minor surgeries removing cartilege etc, does seem to be much better.
