Super Balance has been specifically formulated to maintain your bodies uptake and conversion of Omegas. Perfect for long term flax seed oil users that will start to move towards and Omega 3 imbalance. Take on its own or drizzle over hot vegetables or pastas, use with mash potatoes instead of butter or milk, mix into soups or stews, add to porridge, blend into smoothies, yoghurt or cottage cheese, add into fresh fruit or vegetable juice, use as a dipping oil for fresh bread, or mix into butter for spreading.

Storage: 

Best Stored Cool and tasty in the fridge for up to 12 weeks.  You can place them into the freezer when purchased, as this suspends the shelf life which will kick back in once you take it out to use.
