Subscription Terms and Conditions

WAIHI BUSH ORGANICS SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimum Term Commitment:
By subscribing to the Waihi Bush Organics subscription service, you agree to a minimum of three subscription orders before being eligible to cancel or make changes. Cancellations or amendments are not permitted during this initial period.

To subscribe, simply select the “Subscribe & Save” option when adding your favourite organic health products to your cart at waihibush.co.nz.

As a subscriber, you’ll enjoy 15% off all recurring orders of our certified organic oils, fibres, and wellness products. Choose your preferred delivery frequency: every 1, 2, or 3 months.

Please note: Discount codes and promotional rewards cannot be applied to subscription orders.

Subscription Flexibility (after 3 orders):

Once you’ve completed three subscription orders, you’ll gain full control over managing your subscription. This includes:

  • Changing delivery dates or frequency
  • Updating shipping or payment details
  • Skipping deliveries
  • Swapping products
  • Cancelling your subscription

All updates can be made by logging into your Waihi Bush account. To avoid your next order being processed, please make any changes at least 24 business hours before your next scheduled shipment.

Cancellations (after 3 orders):

You may cancel your subscription at any time after completing your third order by logging into your Waihi Bush account. Cancellations must be made at least 24 business hours before your next scheduled shipment.

If a cancellation is submitted after this window, your order will still be processed. If you wish to return the product, it must be unopened and in a sellable condition, and return shipping will be at your cost.

Price Updates and Shipping Cost Changes

Occasionally we may alter product pricing and shipping charges due to cost increases. Your subscription order will be subject to price and shipping changes and any price changes will be given a 2 week notice before any changes are actioned and the updated pricing or shipping charge will apply to your next applicable subscription order.

Please note: These terms are subject to change. If any changes are made to these terms, all current subscription customers will be given two weeks notice via e-mail.
