Waihi Bush Organics is proudly owned by sisters Mindy Morrison & Andrea Monro. They continue the legacy of their father, Gavin Prebble, one of the original founders of Bio Oils who alongside 6 other pioneering Canterbury farming families established Bio Oils in 1987.

The Prebble family were part of a Canterbury farming group who had the vision to create a delicious and healthy product from seed grown in their farming businesses back in the 1980’s. The simple principles of using a cold press to extract oil without heat or solvents and therefore preserving all the goodness in the oil is the same process used today.

Mindy and Andrea are proud to continue the founding families’ vision of bringing some the world’s highest quality Linseed products to the retail market. The crops are closely monitored by the parent company throughout the growing, harvesting, and pressing stages where it is pressed into the golden, delicious oil that is sold throughout New Zealand and exported globally.
