Waihi Bush Organics is proudly owned by Debbie and Daryl Prebble who partner with experienced Organic farmers throughout the Canterbury region producing flaxseed for processing in our certified Organic plant in Ashburton. 

The Prebble family were one of the original founding members of the Canterbury farming group who had the vision to create a delicious and healthy product from seed grown in their farming businesses back in the 1980’s. The simple principles of using a cold press to extract oil without heat or solvents and therefore preserving all the goodness in the oil is the same process used today in Bio-Oils’ Ashburton factory.

Daryl and Debbie have continued the founding families’ vision of growing the world’s highest quality Linseed crops in partnership with local farmers. The crops are closely monitored throughout the growing, harvesting and storage periods until pressed into the golden, delicious oil that is sold throughout New Zealand and exported globally.
