Uses

Whole linseeds are versatile and easy to use.
We recommend grinding the seeds to release the nutrients from the seed. Use as an egg substitute with water, as a substitute for grain based flour in bread and other baking, as a way to bind meatloaf and patties, or as a nutritious thickener in soups, sauces, stews and gravies.
