- 3 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 Tablespoon Waihi Bush Flax Fibre
- 1-2 Tablespoon sugar free maple syrup or honey
- 1 c unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
How to Make
Mix together, leave overnight and enjoy with fruit, yoghurt, and a drizzle of your preferred oil from the Waihi Bush Organics range
