Ingredients
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp Waihi Bush Flax Fibre
1-2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup or honey
1 c unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
How to Make
Mix together, leave overnight and enjoy with fruit, yoghurt, and a drizzle of your preferred oil from the Waihi Bush Organics range
