Herb Flaxseed Vinaigrette (DF)

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Waihi bush organics Flax Seed Oil 
1/4 cup Waihi bush organic farm Apple Cider Vinegar 
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp tamari sauce (optional)
3-5 cloves garlic, crushed
6 drops tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp sweet basil
1/2 tsp tarragon
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp capers

How to make:
Blend all ingredients except oil in blender or food processor for 10 seconds.
Mix with oil. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator to protect the EFAs in the flaxseed oil. Dressing will keep for several days.
Yield 1 cup.
