Ingredients:
500g natural yoghurt
1 ½ cups frozen berries
250ml cream
50 ml waihi bush organic farm Flax original oil
50ml Barkers blackcurrant concentrate
How to make:
Blend together yoghurt, berries, flax seed oil and blackcurrant.
In a separate bowl whisk the cream until thick.
Fold the cream into the main ingredients and either serve it straight away or refrigerate for use the same day.
