Ingredients: 1 cup of grated cheese 5 eggs 1/2 cup of spelt or gluten-free flour 1/4 cup of Golden Flax Fibre 1 1/2 cups of milk Salt and Pepper to taste. Use any vegetables you have that are in the cupboard or in season. We used leeks, tomatoes, zucchini and baby spinach.
How to make: Preheat Oven to 180 deg C Grease a medium round quiche dish (or pie dish) Mix all the ingredients together and pour in. Cook for 1 hour, check at 45 mins or until eggs completely cooked through. Serve with a salad and drizzle of your favourite oil
