EGG MAYONNAISE

This is such a simple tasty recipe for summer and great to keep in the fridge.
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 tsp garlic (fresh is best)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp waihi bush organics apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley/chives
1 cup waihi bush organics flax seed oil
How to make:
Put all but the ingredients (except oil) into the food processor and mix on high speed, then slowly add the oil in as it mixes (the slower the better) until all the oil is added and the mayo is thick and creamy!
