Golden Flaxseed Crackers
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Golden Flax Seed Fibre
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tsp softened butter
- ½ cup milk
- Optional – garlic salt, chilli flakes, rosemary – options are endless
- To garnish add flaxseeds
How to make:
Preheat oven to 180° C and prepare a baking tray with baking paper
In a bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well into a dough
Roll out the dough between two pieces of baking paper until you have the thickness you require for your cracker, 4-5mm is ideal
Using a cutter, cut out the crackers and lay on the prepared tray
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crisp, flip and bake on other side for a further 5 mins and then cool on a wire rack
This recipe makes a lot of dough so you could halve the amount or keep unused dough in fridge
