OVERNIGHT PROTEIN OATS

Ingredients

165g rolled oats
55g chia seeds
30g Waihi Bush Hemp Protein
700ml almond milk (or milk of choice)
10ml honey or sugar free maple syrup
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cocoa powder

How to Make
Mix together, leave overnight, makes enough for the whole family to enjoy.

Serve with fresh (or frozen) fruit, and enjoy a drizzle of Waihi Bush Hemp Seed Oil, or preferred oil from the Waihi Bush Organics range
