Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 165g rolled oats
  • 55g chia seeds
  • 30g Waihi Bush Hemp Protein
  • 700ml almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 10ml honey or sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder

How to Make

Mix together, leave overnight, makes enough for the whole family to enjoy.

Serve with fresh (or frozen) fruit, and enjoy a drizzle of Waihi Bush Hemp Seed Oil, or preferred oil from the Waihi Bush Organics range
