Pumpkin Seed Oil is a source of Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) 55% Omega-6 EFA - Linoleic Acid (LA) and 11% Omega-9 (known also as good fats or Omega's) that are essential for healthy body function.

This is without a doubt the freshest, finest quality pumpkin seed oil I've found. What an absolute delight - with its beautiful dark purplish/green/brown colour; moreish, clean, nutty flavour; smooth, light texture and wonderful mouthfeel. What makes this such a superb product for me, is that it's a local product produced here in NZ, (big tick), it's organic (another tick), it's cold-pressed (excellent), is clearly nutrient-dense, plus it's also excellent value for money. This has become a must-have product (am already on my 5th bottle). Oh, and let's not forget its many important health benefits! My tastebuds and body say a big THANK YOU. Please keep producing it!
