Bought it after reading many awesome benefits for lowering bad cholesterol, high blood sugar, increasing skin barriers etc. I can feel the benefit within a few days of taking Waihi Bush pumpkin oil. Started on the flaxseed oil as soon as it had arrived. Have used it on a regular basis for a year or two, but had run out of it and took me awhile to reorder. I have not tried the golden flaxseed yet.

This oil was a good choice. No weird flavour. I stir a teaspoon of it into my cooked porridge every day. Be great in smoothies. I put it in when mashing potatoes. I think I must be benefitting my body and skin every time I use it.
