Well I tried out flax seed oil to see if the phytoestrogens would help with menopausal hot flashes I was getting 15x a day. And after about 2weeks of taking 1 tablespoon every morning they have gone! I am soooooo happy!!!!!😆

I have started our dog on flax seed oil and what a relief all round. His persistent scratching has considerably reduced and we are all much happier.

I use to use Waihi Bush Flax seed oils and then I stopped. Recently I started using them again and have already noticed an improvement to my skin. A rash I have had on my chest for sometime is diminishing.
