Pumpkin Seed Oil

The golden linseed is great. I sprinkle it on my cereal.
I do find it hard to grind up in my mortar and pestle, however it gets there in the end ( I don't have an electric grinder)

The oil is delicious and prompt delivery. Happy with the service

Delicious, a tablespoon of Waihi Bush Apple Cider Vinegar in a small glass of hot water is my first drink of the day. I enjoy and savour the flavour wait and let the health giving goodness hug my gut before tucking into wholegrain oats soaked overnight and sprinkled with Wahi Bush Hemp protein. Goodbye Acid reflux. Kia ora healthy gut. I love the sound of opening my next bottle of Waihi Bush apple cider vinegar.

Great to swap out 1 cup of organic Spelt flour for 1 cup of Golden Flax fibre. Also adding a tablespoon of Wahi Bush organic Apple Cider vinegar with raising agent for a GF, VG banana bread, best ever.

I have been taking this for twenty years or more. I find i dont have to use any other
products on my skin the balance is just right.I dont know why I dont have grey hair,the flackseed oil makes it shine.
In all I just cant do without it, my joints would ache in fact I would not have the quality of life that I do. My husband and i bike a hundred km a week. I still work at 75 ears old.
