Thanks for including garlic in your oil. I was ordering oil with garlic from another supplier until they closed. I make a lovely dressing for salads. 3 tbs of your oil, 1tb of lemon juice and one tsp of mustard. With an abundance of lettuces in our garden I go through a lot of the oil for this dressing.
