Started on the flaxseed oil as soon as it had arrived. Have used it on a regular basis for a year or two, but had run out of it and took me awhile to reorder. I have not tried the golden flaxseed yet.

This oil was a good choice. No weird flavour. I stir a teaspoon of it into my cooked porridge every day. Be great in smoothies. I put it in when mashing potatoes. I think I must be benefitting my body and skin every time I use it.

So pleased with Waihi flaxseed oil, I prefer its taste to any others I have tried and for the first time tried your pumpkin seed oil for my husband. Very pleased with its flavour also otherwise he wouldn’t use it. I was delighted to see Waihi had this because I have used their flaxseed oil for years and knew it’s always been a high quality product and expected the pumpkin seed oil to be the same.
